About Animal Mindfulness
In Animal Healing, we share the positive effects on pet owners that come from "synchronizing your breath" with your animal.
Animal therapy is the practice of people being healed by harnessing the various restorative effects that animals provide. Animal healing, on the other hand, refers to the healing that occurs in animals through the laying on of hands, the energy that flows from people, and the connection between souls.
By combining these two, the brain releases a double amount of “love hormones,” helping you feel happiness and guiding you toward better health.
