Sakura Healing: How to Receive the Healing of Spring

On a spring Sunday, all of us in the pro course went cherry blossom viewing before our training session.
It is Showa no Mori Park in Chiba City.
There are natural trees here, and the cherry tree in this photo is a wild mountain cherry (yamazakura).
It was absolutely beautiful.

If you bring a picnic sheet, you can lie down right away.

In the old days, when people fell ill, they would retreat into the forest,
receive the energy of the forest, and it is said they would heal and recover.
Isn't this the true natural healing?

On that day, we all lay down together
and gazed up at the cherry blossoms from below, letting our minds drift peacefully.

Small bees were buzzing around, gathering nectar from the cherry blossoms.
Just then, the sky was a little hazy white,
we could see tiny insects moving around.
Usually, we don't pay attention to such things, so we never noticed them before.

"I never knew so many insects were working this hard."

One of the participants said.

In this way, we gained inspiration and new discoveries,
and that leads us to the next stage of growth.

Once you feel "this healing is enough for now,"
if you add about 10 more minutes,
that time becomes a wonderfully luxurious space of stillness.

When you feel an excited sensation rising from your belly at that moment,
your soul is being healed.

Please do give it a try!

Of course, Animal Reiki was there with us too.

Animal Reiki® is a combination of veterinary care, naturopathy, and energy work to provide “care that is close to life.”Based on sensory, resonance, and nonverbal communication, we approach the “voice of the mind” behind the behavior and symptoms of animals.

Currently, as a complementary and integrated approach to animal care, she conducts seminars and education both in Japan and overseas for veterinarians, owners, and animal-related personnel. She also supports education at veterinary universities and medical schools, and gives presentations at international conferences. Through her study of Shinto, she values the spirituality of Japan and continues her activities centered on "prayer and care."
